As part of our customer service we are now able to offer our clients accurate environmental reports on any property. These reports will check for contamination of land, for example previous industrial contamination, radon gas, underground streams and in some cases mining. There are many other environmental factors that our environmental report service will highlight.

In our opinion there are too many free reports being offered via the Internet, which are very inaccurate and not site-specific. We are not able to comment on these as a result of their inaccuracy.

We can offer you a fully inclusive service and provide an environmental report with our survey. If you want to be 100% sure what is below your house and if there are any contaminants or industrial hazards close by, please do not hesitate to instruct us to carry out an environmental report.
